“This gown was meant for long strides on the streets, the red carpet and the dance floor.”

SILVER GOWN WITH PAILLETTE HAND EMBROIDERY

This silver gown debuted as the finale look of the Fall 2000 runway show, worn by the one and only Gisele Bündchen. Her legendary strut was contained by the narrow cut of this dress, so for the anniversary collection, the designer lent it a more fluid shape, removed the fur collar, and added a smoke grey melton opera coat (lined in silver sequins) to the look. The gown, worn today with equal panache by supermodel Shalom Harlow, features shimmering paillette hand-embroidery from its sleek crew neckline to its floor-grazing hemline.
